How every mattress earns its place.

We are not simply collecting used mattresses and reselling them. Every mattress we offer passes an eight-step inspection, treatment, and quality-control process — or it never reaches the sales floor.

The 8-step process

Inspected, sorted, rebuilt, and cleaned.

Each step is a real gate. A mattress only moves forward when it passes — and anything that can't be responsibly restored is pulled from resale and sent toward recycling.

  1. Step 01

    Careful inspection & selection

    Every mattress is inspected individually — source, condition, cleanliness, internal structure, support system, foam, and fabric. Anything that doesn't meet our standards is rejected and directed toward material recycling.

  2. Step 02

    Sorting by condition

    Mattresses don't all need the same work. Some are new overstock or open-box returns; others need cleaning, new materials, or rebuilding. Each is classified by its actual condition.

  3. Step 03

    Internal evaluation

    When appropriate, we open the mattress to inspect the foam, coils, padding, support layers, and foundation — not just the outside appearance.

  4. Step 04

    Removal of unsuitable materials

    Damaged, excessively worn, stained, or compromised materials are removed. We don't hide problems under a new cover — each mattress is refurbished according to its individual condition.

  5. Step 05

    Professional rebuilding

    Strong, usable components are kept; unsuitable foam, padding, fabric, or comfort layers are replaced. When rebuilding is needed, we reconstruct for the proper balance of comfort, support, and durability.

  6. Step 06

    Thorough cleaning & treatment

    Every mattress approved for reuse goes through professional cleaning, sanitation, and treatment — an essential part of preparing it for its next owner.

  7. Step 07

    Fresh exterior finish

    Refurbished mattresses get a clean, refreshed exterior, then are categorized by size, construction, firmness, and comfort style so buyers can choose the right option.

  8. Step 08

    Final quality inspection

    Before being offered for sale, every mattress gets a final check — cleanliness, structure, support, comfort, appearance, and overall condition.

Why mattress reuse matters

Good mattresses shouldn't end up in landfill.

Hotels, hospitals, retailers, and manufacturers replace thousands of mattresses every year. Without a responsible reuse program, many usable mattresses — and their components — end up in landfills.

Mattresses contain foam, steel, wood, fabric, and fiber that take significant resources to manufacture. Extending the life of a quality mattress preserves those materials, reduces unnecessary waste, and makes comfortable mattresses available at more affordable prices.

Mattresses that can't be responsibly restored are kept out of our resale inventory and directed toward recycling whenever processing resources are available.
