The basics

This website is operated by Mattress Liquidation USA (operated by Deco Recycling LLC), Baltimore, Maryland. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and orders

Information on this site - including product descriptions, classifications, and any pricing - is general and does not constitute an offer. Every order is confirmed individually in writing, and a quote becomes binding only when both sides accept it. Inventory changes constantly; availability is confirmed at the time of your quote.

Condition classifications

We classify mattresses honestly (for example: unused overstock, open-box, gently used, professionally refurbished) and inspect every unit before sale. Classifications describe the stock as we find it; they are not manufacturer warranties.

Pickup, delivery, and payment

Pickup from our Baltimore warehouse or arranged delivery is confirmed per order. Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice.

Supplier inventory

Submitting inventory details or photos through our supplier form does not create an obligation on either side. We evaluate each load and respond with next steps and terms.
